What is a Felix

According to Wikipedia:
"A Felix is a rare creation. Only a single specimen can be found on Curaçao. A Felix is characterized by dedication, perfection, honesty, passion for Internet technology and the addiction to anything that has to do with kite surfing and wakeboarding. It is mostly active between 08:00 and 18:00 o’clock and often hides behind a large screen in a cool room during daytime."
